Being a teacher is about more than just sharing information with somebody. It’s about learning the needs of the student in front of you and helping them in a way that a book can’t. My job as a teacher is to truly know and understand my students and adapt to their individual learning styles. In a world of cookie-cutter lessons and teachers who use the same rigid teaching style for every student, my goal is to provide a learning experience that is custom-tailored to each individual student’s needs, taste, and goals. So that not only will you be able to do what you once thought was impossible, but you’ll have fun, build a deeper love for music, and grow confidence in yourself.

Testimonials

“Since my son William started lessons with Tyler, he has made impressive progress in his electric guitar skills. Tyler understands his musical style and chooses pieces that challenge him just enough without overwhelming him. This keeps him motivated and enthusiastic.  I love having a personal concert in my home on some nights where William is not just learning the guitar but mastering it.  When he plays music, I can instantly recognize the songs, and some of them are VERY technical.  He would not have made this progress without Tyler’s guidance.

Above all else, Tyler makes learning fun. As a parent, it’s a joy to see my son genuinely look forward to his lessons each week. Beyond his musical expertise, Tyler has become a role model for him. Someone friendly, kind, and intuitive, with the maturity and reliability to listen and respond to his individual needs. It’s clear my son respects and looks up to Tyler, which shows the positive environment he creates.

Thank you Tyler for all you’ve done to inspire and guide William on his musical journey.”

“Tyler Tremblay is the best kind of guitar teacher, because he won’t rush through the fundamentals to teach students poorly done shredding skills, just because many students unrealistically expect to learn shredding in two weeks. On day one, you will be immersed in the excitement of becoming a guitar player. He’s a serious rock and metal music lover. You’ll get a no-pressure learning environment. You’ll get as much as you put into it, and you’ll enjoy how personable Tyler is. He truly likes being friend-like with his students.”
